I have been feeling so cold though - apparently it is a side effect of the diet. My CDC was very supportive, and helped me to come to the decision of continuing with sole source for another week, but with the reliance that if I need an extra pack or some protein based food then not to feel guilty too much about it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner - I had a treat - some chicken and cottage cheese - oh it was delicious! My taste buds have really changed, the cottage cheese was SO creamy!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I also measured my waist and bust when I got in (the only 2 measurments I could remember) and I have lost 1.5inch off each - so I am pleased with that too! This was ok but a bit lumpy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner was vegetable soup, with added chilli and Italian herbs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I managed 3 litres again today, with a cup of boullion and an extra drink quite late on as I was wanting something sweet so I had the fruits of the forest shake which again was fairly pleasant!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am quite achey again today, but the weather has definately perked me up - it was a gorgeous day. I'm looking forward to my weigh in on Monday, I just WISH I have lost some weight otherwise I will be so disheartened. I began drinking it and noticed things floating in the glass - it was a dirty glass!! Put me straight off so I threw it away after 2 mouthfuls. I was in a rush so I popped a tetrabrik in my bag incase I got hungry and I had it around midday.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch - or more like late lunch, was mushroom. We didn't get back in until fairly late - around 5pm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner was oriental chilli which I added some more chilli flakes to - added some more flavour. Also watered this down.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mananged 3 litres today of water.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All in all a good day, I felt so much better today! Couldn't believe I had got through the past few days. I tried the bouillon too - it was nice and felt as if I was drinking a cup-a-soup. I also tested for ketosis - woohoo I am well in it!! It was such a good kick when the stick turned mid-pink :-)  this just proves why my hunger pangs have curved! Woke feeling fine, slight headache but nothing I couldn't cope with.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast was a chocolate orange shake - not too keen on this one, tasted strange.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch was mushroom soup - was nice but could do with more flavour, again I watered it down after eating so much of it - I find it helps to fill me up.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner was vegetable soup - I found this a bit bland, so I may add some herbs/spices to it next time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was so hungry this afternoon, I just wanted to grab whatever I could and eat it. I ended up buying some pre-packed lettuce and having a few leaves of it. It helped, but I just wanted to cry!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I managed 3 litres of water today, along with a black tea and coffee. I remember waking up through the night worried too.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First shake I try is chocolate - urgh - my other half made it, but made it wrong, he accidentally doubled the water amount which meant it was quite watery and yucky!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch was chicken and mushroom soup - yummy!! I drove to my CDC, got there a bit early and sat outside hoping I had the right address!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I plucked up the courage to knock on the door and was greeted by my CDC - phew! I went inside and she explained the diet to me, side effects, good effects, products etc etc. She weighed and measured me and gave me my Cambridge packs for the week ahead.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I drove home feeling really motivated and determined to suceed!
