Breakfast - toffee and walnut shake, I really like this one, can't wait to try it as a mousse next week.
Lunch - leek and potato, this one is growing on me, really tasty.
Dinner - chicken and mushroom - my fave soup, definatly nice and satisfying
All in all, it was a good day - I managed around 3L of water too. I have found having my soups thicker rather than watered down more filling.
