Breakfast was strawberry shake - I enjoy this one
Lunch was a chocolate shake - couldn't face another soup!
Then I had my weigh in - I have lost 6.5lb this week woohoo!! My CDC was very supportive, and helped me to come to the decision of continuing with sole source for another week, but with the reliance that if I need an extra pack or some protein based food then not to feel guilty too much about it.
Dinner - I had a treat - some chicken and cottage cheese - oh it was delicious! My taste buds have really changed, the cottage cheese was SO creamy!
I also measured my waist and bust when I got in (the only 2 measurments I could remember) and I have lost 1.5inch off each - so I am pleased with that too! I am really hoping I can get through the next week ahead and have a good loss next week too!
