Breakfast was cappachino shake - found it quite sickly and sweet
Lunch was leek and potato with some chilli
Dinner was spicy tomato - I forgot to make it into a paste first so it was quite powdery
I had a bit of a blip - had some chicken breast in between lunch and dinner but I was hungry! Got my WI tomorrow so I'm quite nervous, I just hope I have lost some weight otherwise I can see a massive binge coming on!!
Good news is I'm still in ketosis - phew!
